Rick Moewe,  as President of CHI and with 21 years experience in residential/commercial construction and over 9 years as a general contractor. Rick believes education, knowledge and experience are the keys to providing the best home inspection service in the industry.  In addition to extensive experience building homes, Rick has completed formal home inspection training and is a graduate of, and is certified from The Home Inspection Institute of Cincinnati, Ohio. CHI is a member of the  National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and follows or exceeds the NACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
